These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of FlipScout, a Telegram-based resale analytics service ("Service") operated by Andres Arriaga, an individual based in San José, Costa Rica ("we," "us," or "our"). By starting a conversation with @TheFlipScoutBot or accessing any related website, you agree to these Terms.
FlipScout is a Telegram bot that accepts photos of physical items and returns eBay sold comparables, a profit calculation, a buy/pass verdict, and a draft eBay listing. Results are informational only and do not constitute financial or investment advice. Actual resale values depend on listing quality, timing, condition, and market factors outside our control.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using FlipScout you represent that you meet this requirement.
New users receive 5 free scans at no charge. After the free allowance is used, continued access requires a paid subscription at $20 USD per month, billed recurring until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the paid billing period.
Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable after the billing date. If you are charged in error, contact us at support@flipscout.me within 7 days and we will review the case.
Sold comparable data is sourced from third-party providers and reflects recent eBay sales. We make no warranty that results are complete, accurate, or suitable for any particular buying decision. You use FlipScout results at your own risk.

The photos you send remain yours. We use them solely to generate your analysis and do not store them beyond the processing request. Output text generated by the bot is provided to you for personal, commercial use in your resale business.
We provide the Service on a best-effort basis. The bot may be unavailable during maintenance or due to factors outside our control, including Telegram outages or third-party API downtime. We are not liable for lost revenue resulting from unavailability.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our liability to you for any claim is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including losses from buying or passing on items based on our output.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time.
We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. We will notify active subscribers of material changes via Telegram message.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Costa Rica. Disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration, except either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
